What a lovely, heart-felt poem. It's the perfect story of many relationships. The hard times leave scars, but you hang in there for all of the beauty that lies in those imperfections.
Made of brick and scarred. That is my favorite. As a single mom years ago, that was me. I had to be made of brick, but I felt completely scarred inside. This is lovely thank you.
